巴里•施瓦茨Barry Schwartz

迷信管理主义迷失在规章中，过分分工过分标准化人们失去人性，缩减成机器程式或螺丝钉。Incentive治标不治本Rule无法涵盖所有可能性，制度反客为主而人沦为工具，改变制度唯一可行之途是改变个人，当人们明白virtue跟happiness紧密相关而非金钱权力时，制度自然朝着展现美德的方向发展，因为说到底，人生在世要的也只是快乐而非物质享受或权利操控。

Despite its extensive coverage of relevant research and illuminating examples from a variety of professions, this book failed to deliver a systematic solution practical enough to advance our practical wisdom in paradoxical settings. Rules and incentives are certainly not enough, but a 330-page book without many teeth won't help either.
