应该是一个很好的切入点，对比欧洲复兴的“马歇尔计划”，亚洲四小龙，四小虎，墨西哥的经济危机，讨论了从布雷顿森林体系以来的对非洲的援助，初始的灾情救援到后面的政策化的工业化，民主化，生活救助，探讨了非洲援助计划的失效，……应该是很好的阅读材料，但是书籍纸张真是太差了，味道刺鼻，“不忍卒读”！

Definitely not recommend. The bottom line of the book: Aid is the evil source of everything. But the whole book was so poorly written and organized to an extent nearly annoying. Overpriced and overvalued, period.
