我还蛮喜欢这本的，但两边评分都好低。因是一本综合各知名观点的书，因此短小精悍就是其优点。至于详述？还是留给别的作者一点写头吧

所有这类书，在亲自进行实践以前没有任何实际价值，这并不是书的问题，是阅读者的问题。本书中的干货很多，但其实“废话”也不少，如果没有耐心和时间，其实只要看最后的summary就行，看到有需要和不懂得章节点进去细看就是

抽了俩小时看完了……感觉是浪费时间，就是那种“听过好多道理，却依然过不好这一生的感觉”，这本书就是都在讲道理。如果是中文可能15分钟翻完……

一本不错的励志书，主要是都是干货，不废话，全书按说听完需要3小时，但是我发现啊……3小时的书我通常需要4~5小时才能看完……
