可能因為是英文的關係，文字帶來的共鳴感有所削弱。不過仍然是非常細膩的心理日記。盡管這種細膩估計在很多人眼裏就是“矯情”。但仔細想想也覺得，能夠迎著人們“矯情”的偏見，將自己恥度如此大的黑曆史亮齣來，並且仔細地剖析，也是非常需要勇氣的。 其實現在心理學也經常說，擺脫原生傢庭乾預和心理陰影的最好辦法，就是剖析並且正視自己，將自己與導緻自己産生問題的病竈分割開。這個過程是不好受的，但隻有這樣纔能重生。 讀這本書的時候，就是這種感受，感覺到作者在替自己切除病竈，瑣碎囉嗦帶著陣痛。我覺得這是一本有強烈同理心的人纔能讀下去的書。

raw and dear to heart 好幾個點挺hit home的 我被這些人吸引 總是接近她們 可能也因為我自己有一麵是這樣。而語言或者說錶達是有力量的。當人能描述自己在經曆什麼，也就理解瞭自己的經曆，同時也掌握瞭自己。挺暖的小書
