又一本想在看电影前读完的书，但读下来感觉书里的结构、逻辑和感情充满了作者的confusion，让读者很难去切身感受当时的事件。希望电影好一些

There are books that you couldn’t put down once started, this is not one of them. I only read it to have a hint of what Joel is making as movie. Every paragraph made me want to drop it...

Broken, scattered, unresolved. Very personal documentation of a dark past. There is no conclusion or satisfaction for the reader in the end. More like just an emotional outlet for the author. Some of the writing does resonates with me a lot tho.
