      苦思冥想一年多的管理构想居然找到了这本书,太棒了,简直和我不谋而合啊,现在和朋友创业中,由我来推动合弄制,虽然现在还有疑惑,但总体思路架构没问题,过程可以逐步合弄调整,释放张力。 管理会议和战术会议的确会让人看的费劲,但我觉得正是本书的核心区,这部分是实现合...

      不知道是否翻译的缘故。似乎合弄制完全颠覆传统体制、项目管理机制,但角色分权、一人多角色、按工作分配角色这些观点分明又是常规管理范畴,差异是什么呢?为何采用合弄制必须重建不能局部改进?没看明白,对这本书没找到共鸣。
