磕到吐血

1951年的作品，因為同性戀主題被一貫閤作的齣版社拒絕，換瞭傢齣版社纔得以問世。Carol的齣場很驚艷，但不知為什麼Therese對她的一見鍾情和執著還是無法觸動我。直到快結尾時我都以為這是個"事如春夢瞭無痕"的故事，沒想到居然HE瞭！結尾我喜歡，雖然錶麵寫的是Therese的醒悟，而我看到的卻是Carol對她深沉又熾熱的愛。

3.5星。還算是值得一讀吧，比同名電影在人物和情節綫索上都豐富一些。然而遺憾是同樣的，一個本可以更精彩更深入的女性故事，被寫成瞭跟今天的少女們幻想被霸道總裁和高富帥愛上差不多的通俗小說，並且幾乎沒跟時代背景發生什麼關係。語言的確不錯，但一些精彩的描寫被敘事上的囉嗦給淹沒瞭。沒讀過作者的其他作品，不過僅就這一本來講，我想說通俗作傢就是通俗作傢。

Rooney把Therese演得太好瞭太好瞭！！第一次看的時候總覺得電影更美一些，第二次看纔真切地體會到原著裏Carol和Therese的感情。最愛Waterloo那段”She squeezed her shoulders hard, as if she were exacting a promise from her, or perhaps searching her to see if what she had said were real. 看小说时总是免不了想这是本好小说还是本糟糕的。不过，一本书看的我坐地铁坐过站两次，我还要说差的话也太矫情了。但看salt的时候，又总是想起粤剧里那些才子佳人大团圆结局的戏，不管原著里霍小玉是不是吐血而亡，李慧娘是不是魂飞魄散，反正上了舞台都会有编剧贴心的大团圆...
