读书的时候，在图书馆里无意中拿到的，那时还没有老师推荐我们看道德情操论之类的书。 所以我丢下了乏味的国富论，对这本书着迷了。还在笔记本上摘抄了好多名言金句。 曼德维尔对人性的剖析是很刻薄很真实，细细思索，很过瘾!  

曼德维尔只是想告诉人们他们真实的样子，在他的时代，为祛除一切附加于人的谎言，他做出了相当成功的努力。同样，斯密的分工理论也可溯源于此。  

曼德维尔悖论：私人恶德即公众利益。不是人之善，而是制度，会使坏人也可为大众的福祉服务；而制约自私行为恣意妄为的大多数制度是在人类实践中自然生成的；它们是人类行为的结果，但并非人类有意识设计的产物。曼德维尔认为，社会制度的发展，科学技术知识的增进等等，...
