太長，大概翻瞭一下，對於目前的醫學結論不是很感興趣，但是覺得不同時代對mental disorder認識的變化最為有趣。作者說他以身試法瞭幾十年間所有流行的藥物、治療方法，還是不見好轉。在redemption and resilience那一章裏，腳注講瞭mill的故事，我之前看到過，可還是為他的那一段話心裏一震。對於一個理性過頭的人來說，wordsworth就是救贖，感性就是救贖。live with it

（路上讀書）瞭解焦慮癥，認知行為療法（直接麵對害怕的東西）。。。重新思考瞭一下，感覺做什麼事都得有個度，過量瞭。。就焦慮瞭。。同學工資是我一倍，焦慮。下載的遊戲或者書太多，焦慮。東西買太多，焦慮。玩遊戲太多，時間不夠瞭，焦慮。。。。。。從現在開始，不囤筆記本瞭：D

得知數學係裏根本就沒有正常人真是讓我鬆瞭一口氣。

I constantly feel anxious. I blame it on the gene that I unfortunately inherited from my father. My brother too but he seems to have developped a passive way to deal with his anxiety. My anxiety, however, is nothing compared with the author's and his family's. This book is a very truthful analysis of the author and helps me to understand my family.
