又重了一半章节材料详实不过细节史料考订不多回避了一些相反证据分别重建君士坦丁和优西比乌的生平对优西比乌的作品首先确定了其作为教会学者并知人论世地进行理解。君士坦丁在宗教事务上基本是走一步看一步处理的，本人虔诚，但在政治转化过程中注意政治考量。在对争端问题上谨慎有所保留，反而实质上放任争端继续扩大。之后再刷。作者还有了一个书更新了君士坦丁研究
