整本书大部分感觉是在讲哲学，讲方法论，真正讲方法技巧的可能只有第六章吧。在制作ppt之前，想清楚自己要表达什么，多用纸笔，少用电脑，在构思阶段。演说有幻灯片、注解和讲义三部分组成。不要把所有的东西放在幻灯片里，幻灯片至简，讲义至繁，这点和之前看的《PPT演绎-...
