也是朋友搬傢時丟給我的。它每章有一個Key takeaway - 我就跳著把那幾頁讀完瞭。感覺一般。這本書處在瞭一個尷尬的位置:既不夠抽象到framework,也不夠非常具體到Hands on...沒什麼特彆大的啓發。大概就是人的精力有限,努力be present吧。
評分讀一讀很振奮,其中一些內容很有針對性,稍後記一下筆記。
評分短文集,重點講瞭四個大方麵:building a rock-solid routine, finding focus in a distracted world, taming your tools, sharpening your creative mind。第一章和第二章最適用於我,裏麵很多例子看得我連連點頭。
