著者簡介

莫瑞·羅斯巴德是奧地利經濟學派的代錶人物，生前主要擔任內華達大學經濟學S. J. Hall講座傑齣教授。他曾任米塞斯研究院（Ludwig von Mises Institute）學術事務副會長，也曾任《奧地利經濟學評論》（Review of Austrian Economics）的編輯。羅斯巴德教授在哥倫比亞大學取得學士、碩士和博士學位，師承約瑟夫‧朵夫曼（Joseph Dorfman）。他也長期參與紐約大學舉辦的米塞斯研討會達十多年。

這本是聽米院的有聲讀物的。最後一章沒有看。米院的有聲讀物語速適當，標準美音，適閤聽力，整體來說聽力難度較低，但需要有大概100經濟學常用單詞打底吧，不然還是不太習慣。

講真，為瞭學英語來讀的話，不建議，有很多經濟學專用名詞。不過算是很好的貨幣知識普及書

Money is a commodity and is only useful as a medium of exchange; the price of money is determined by supply and law, same as the other goods; but it won't be used up hence the increase of money supply doesn't confer monetary benefits; fiat money has a tendency to inflate the economy
