好的法律文书要看起来不像律师写的。1.文字分成working words & Glue words（a the by to it that）尽可能减少glue words划出working word然后重组 2.避免复杂结构3.用动词而不是名词化动词4.多用主动句 被动易有歧义5.用短句，一般不超过25个词 6.长定状前置，使主谓分明7.用具体的常用词 尽可能用单数一般时8.用词一致性减少歧义9.避免多重否定10.主谓要比修饰词明显

这种书读一本就够了。Good English written by lawyers is not different from good plain English written by anyone. 推荐Elements of Style. 重点还是要多写多练。
