评分跟我的情况非常对路的一本书——哦原来不是害羞,不是内向,不是社交无能,不是过度纠结,而是highly sensitive啊。前半本书尤其好,对于认识自己很有帮助,在认识自己的基础上提高了自信心,也有很多有用的方法。后半本(7-10章)觉得比较无聊,拖了很久才看完。强烈推荐给和我有类似情况的小伙伴。
