這本書ms評價褒貶不一啊我自己還是蠻喜歡的~

純學術英文，看得頭大。從詭異的拉丁文"Navis Stultifera"開始福柯就開始論述瘋癲在這個文明社會中的作用。於是乎瘋癲並不是一種純醫學上的現象，瘋癲是迎閤現代文明而齣現的一種産物，帶有主觀的判斷。所謂的瘋癲，本質上是異類。社會通過一開始的隔離拘禁到現在的醫學治療，權力演變成更隱蔽的手段來定義，控製，同化所謂的異類。在福柯看來，真理的話語權永遠在權力手中，瘋癲不過是權力發展的需要。
