著者简介

米哈里•希斯赞特米哈伊

 "心流"理论提出者、积极心理学奠基人、造力大师。美国心理学会前主席马丁•塞利格曼评价他为"世界上最伟大的积极心理学研究者"。

 1970年至1999年担任芝加哥大学心理学系主任，1999年至今任教于美国加州克莱蒙特大学德鲁克管理学院。

 他的著作包括《创造力》、《心流》和《自我的进化》等世界级畅销书，对积极心理学的发展产生了重大影响。他在专业期刊上发表了200多篇论文，并为《纽约时报》、《纽约客》、《大西洋月刊》撰写了多篇文章。
